The New Wave Hookers are the inventors of the platonic pro- pot- post- positive- porn- power- psychedelic- pop- punks. To formulate it with words of the press: „Beatles with Aphetamine in their ass“, „Master of postpubertarian Flower- Power- Softerotik- punkrocks“, or, to sum it all up, „the essence of piop- history of the last 25 years“.

The new Album is called „ASS & FREDERIC“. It wasn’t recorded like the previous LP on a 64- Track- studer- 2- inch decadency, but on a 8- track- oktorie- ½- inch low budget by The New Wave Hookers themselves. You hear drums, base & guitar, voices and that’s it. The three guys recorded their voices often simultaneously on one track, dubios microphoning was an obligation, so that every skilled tone engineer would commit suicide.
The result: Suberb sound between LoFi and HiFi, combined with a pinch of NoFi. The Song selection reaces from the DEE DEE RAMONE approved cover version TRUST ME to the old The New Wave Hookers Live- Smasher KEEP ON DREAMING and Skins’n’punks united hit: MANOWAR. It is allowed to read between the lines, dumb smartass!

The album was published on punk rocks most important label WANKER RECORDS, GERMANY.
The leopard head on the cover stands for vegetarianism.
The New Wave Hookers wish good luck and lots of blessing.
